Ingredients Needed:
- 2 eggs
- 100 grams of sugar
- 80 milliliters of oil
- 210 milliliters of yogurt
- 300 grams of flour
- 1 bag of baking powder
- 300 grams of apricots
- powdered sugar
- almonds
Method Of Preparation:
1. Mix the flour and baking powder in a bowl. Wash, clean and cut the apricots into smaller pieces. It is best if the apricots are medium soft, not hard and sour. Put them aside.
2. In another bowl, beat the eggs with a fork, add sugar and mix well. Add oil, mix, then add yogurt and mix well. Add flour mixed with baking powder to that mixture, then mix everything well.
Finally, Add The Chopped Apricots.
3. Put paper baskets in each hole of the muffin tin and pour the prepared mixture into them and sprinkle chopped almonds. Bake in an oven heated to 180 degrees Celsius until they get a nice brown color on top. Leave the baked muffins in the mold for about 5-10 minutes, then take them out. Before serving, sprinkle them with powdered sugar. Cheers!
