Enka İnşaat acquired a company operating in the field of solar energy in Bulgaria. The transaction was brokered by Tanto Capital Partners. Construction company Enka announced to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) that it purchased 100 percent of the shares of Town Up 8 EOOD company, which has a license to implement and develop a photovoltaic power plant with a capacity of 40 MW in Bulgaria, for 8.4 million euros. The purchase took place on September 27.
A brokerage firm called Tanto Capital Partners also played a role in this transaction. Enka İnşaat’s investment in this power plant in Bulgaria seems to aim for further growth in the renewable energy sector and to continue its commitment to environmental sustainability.
