Your duties will include but not limited to implementing health, safety and environmental policies, procedures and guidelines for the employees and department safety. Creates incident reports and performs inspections to ensure conformity in all areas of HSE in accordance with client, federal, state, local regulations, and KBR procedures. Interacts with services personnel, clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies to research and interpret standards, codes, and regulations. Determines requisite for and organizes audits of company operated properties. Keeps informed of regulatory requirements and auditing standards. Assists in development and implementation of KBR values, systems, and standards to facilitate the capturing and analysis of HSE statistics.
Under general supervision, and occasional direct supervision, performs assignments requiring experience and knowledge of standard concepts within their field. Displays core job competencies by analyzing possible solutions using standard procedures while developing advanced skills. Performs administrative functions required to support Occupational Health of KBR direct hire personnel and subcontractor personnel i.e. medical physicals of Food Service subcontract personnel in accordance with established Statement of Work (SOW) requirements. Maintains patient confidentially and provides a high level of employee service.
Skills required for this job are typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree and 2+ years of experience, or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
Additional requirements:
- Must be fluent in English speaking, reading, and writing
- Must be able to meet medically fit for duty requirement based on contractual requirements
- Must possess passport with at least 12 months of remaining validity AND with at least 6 blank visa/stamp pages remaining
- Must possess a valid driverβs license from state of origin
- Must possess a driverβs license with at least 6 months of remaining validity from the country/state of residency
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience working on overseas U.S. military facilities/installations
