That is why I am announcing that NASA has appointed a director of UFO research.” The report consists of 36 pages and states that UFOs are not identifiable objects. The report also includes information that identifying UFOs “will require new and robust data collection methods, advanced analysis techniques, and a systematic reporting framework.”
