Role and Responsibilities:
As part of a team, you will:
- Manage, document, and report project tasks as assigned by the Program Manager
- Manage Technical and Programmatic scope and Financial performance of assigned projects and tasks
- Act as the deputy to the Program Manager in the overall management of the Group
- Manage Subcontractors as required by the Program Manager
- Supervise Technical Staff as assigned by the Program Manager

Required Qualifications:
- 5 years’ overall experience with 2+ years’ experience in Project Management, Engineering Management or Team Leadership. Equivalent Military service experience will be considered.
- Bachelor’s Degree or 7+ years’ relevent experience in lieu of degree
- Experience with developing and maintaining project schedules
- Ability to write formal reports and construct briefing materials using MS Office tools such as Word, Power Point and Excel
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a secret level security clearance. US Citizenship is required.
Desired Experience:
- Active DoD Secret Clearance
- Knowledge of the Engineering Lifecycle or Software Development Lifecycle
- Knowledge of DoD Acquisition and Sustainment
- Knowledge of DoD Logistics
- Experience conducting Design Reviews, Change Control Boards or Phase Reviews
- Experience using Kanban methodology to manage projects
- Experience with Project Financial Management
- Experience managing Technical and Programmatic Risk
- Experience with Microsoft Project
- PMP Certification
- DAU Project Management or Program Management Certification
