Role and Responsibilities:
As part of a team, you will:

  • Manage, document, and report project tasks as assigned by the Program Manager
  • Manage Technical and Programmatic scope and Financial performance of assigned projects and tasks
  • Act as the deputy to the Program Manager in the overall management of the Group
  • Manage Subcontractors as required by the Program Manager
  • Supervise Technical Staff as assigned by the Program Manager

Required Qualifications:

  • 5 years’ overall experience with 2+ years’ experience in Project Management, Engineering Management or Team Leadership. Equivalent Military service experience will be considered.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or 7+ years’ relevent experience in lieu of degree
  • Experience with developing and maintaining project schedules
  • Ability to write formal reports and construct briefing materials using MS Office tools such as Word, Power Point and Excel
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a secret level security clearance. US Citizenship is required. 

Desired Experience:

  • Active DoD Secret Clearance 
  • Knowledge of the Engineering Lifecycle or Software Development Lifecycle
  • Knowledge of DoD Acquisition and Sustainment
  • Knowledge of DoD Logistics
  • Experience conducting Design Reviews, Change Control Boards or Phase Reviews
  • Experience using Kanban methodology to manage projects
  • Experience with Project Financial Management
  • Experience managing Technical and Programmatic Risk
  • Experience with Microsoft Project
  • PMP Certification
  • DAU Project Management or Program Management Certification
