When we look at the visual shared for the event announcement, we see five cars with only their silhouette and light signature. We know that the leftmost one is EV6, the middle one is EV5 and the rightmost one is EV9, respectively. The remaining silhouettes belong to models we have not seen yet.
The silhouette on the left shows us a sedan with vertical daytime LEDs, digital side mirrors and wide fenders. There are no details about this model for now, but considering Kia’s goal of offering an electric model in every popular segment, we can say that it is a very logical step.
Another silhouette shows us a compact crossover model. Although the design language is similar, the light signatures of all models are different. The model that will be positioned below the EV5 is likely to be called EV3. The car, which was recently caught on spy cameras while being tested, is said to be the model that will replace the Kia Soul. Kia’s EV Day event will be held in Korea on October 12. We will be able to learn more about the models in question on this date. Kia announced last year that it aims to sell 1.2 million electric vehicles by 2030.
