Citroën Ami, which started to be sold in Turkey for corporate customers in December 2021 and online for individual customers in June 2022, and each new series sold out in record times, more than 2,750 units in total were sold in approximately 2 years. Citroën Ami, which sets an example by opening a new segment in our country’s development in electric mobility, offers accessible mobility for everyone in online sales with prices starting from 369,000 TL.

Regarding the success of Citroën Ami and the 100 units of Citroën My Ami Buggy, which sold out in approximately 1 hour when it was put on sale in Turkey in August, Citroën Turkey General Manager Selen Alkım said, “The first allocation of Citroën Ami, limited to 50 units, was sold for only 25 units via our online sales channel.” It was sold within minutes. In the first 4 months before this, it met with around 400 corporate customers.

We experienced a similar record with Citroën My Ami Buggy, which we sold online every 40 seconds in August. From December 2021, when we started receiving orders, until the end of September 2023, we achieved a total sales success of 2,752 units, including 100 Citroën My Ami Buggy. We have accelerated our efforts to deliver our orders to meet ongoing demands. “We have sold more than 1,900 Ami units as of the end of September this year alone, and we aim to close this year with sales of 2,775 units,” he said.

Citroën, which offers accessible models for everyone in every field of the mobility world, continues its success with Citroën Ami, the first model offered through online sales channels in Turkey. Citroën Ami, which was opened for order for corporate customers in December 2021 and for individual customers in June 2022 and broke the online sales record in record time, reached total sales of 1,908 units as of the end of September. When the Citroën My Ami Buggy, which was produced in limited quantities for 1,000 units for 9 different countries and with a quota of 100 units reserved for Turkey, was added, total sales reached 2,752 units.

Creating a new segment in the field of mobility and reaching a user profile in a wide age range, Citroën Ami continues its popularity by meeting the short-distance mobility needs of both individual customers and corporate companies. The sales success of Citroën Ami, which is sold in 9 countries, in Turkey also enabled our country to rank third among the countries where Citroën Ami is sold.
